Welcome!
Hello and welcome! I am so grateful and jazzed that you have taken a breath and joined me for a time. This is purely and simply an act of love,
gradually manifested over the last 12 years, as I sat in Sacred Circles. That's were I fell in love with my spirit and found my Inner Queen. Self love may not be that rare, and I'm sure it would not have happened for me, if it hadn't been for the way I was witnessed and held year after year, by beautiful women and men from around the world.
WITNESSED for me, is the selfless act of being present to another in the most compassionate way. It is creating the space for an individual to discover themselves through a variety of expressions, actions, words, movement, and stillness. It is listening to what is beneath our stories, and inquiring from a place of depth, because of genuine interest and care.
HELD, is knowing that the expression of emotions, incredible sadness to outrageous joy, can emerge with a trust and deepening of relationship that whatever shows up, is a part of the journey we each will travel.
Being witnessed and held is an active partnership, between human beings, who care about each other and the energy field we create together. Some of us are naturals, and for others it takes practice. The practice for me began in 1995, when I was invited to my first Circle. It was a place of being present to each moment with consciousness, humility and grace. Now, it has become my way of life!
Over the months and years, you are invited into the field of reflections, stories and pictures of the people, places and adventures in and out of Circle. The field of becoming a butterfly over and over again.
